The MIFARE Ultralight AES (MF0AES(H)20) is a contactless limited-use IC featuring 144 bytes of user memory organized in 36 pages (4 bytes each) with AES-128 3-pass mutual authentication, CMAC message integrity protection, and ECC-based originality signature. It supports ISO/IEC 14443 Type A at 13.56 MHz with 106 kbit/s transfer rate and optionally Random ID for privacy, three 24-bit counters (one optionally authentication-protected), field-programmable page locking, and anti-tearing support for critical operations. Available in 17 pF or 50 pF input capacitance variants (wafer or MOA8 module), it targets public transport, hospitality, event ticketing, and voucher applications with Common Criteria EAL3+ (AVA_VAN.2) certification, 10-year retention, and 100k write endurance.
