Engineering Brief
The SW017 is a monolithic CMOS read-only RFID transponder operating at 134.2 kHz with full ISO 11784/11785 FDX-B compliance. It features a custom-configurable 128-bit memory array with mixed factory mask and electrical coding, on-chip full-wave rectifier, and optional integrated resonant capacitor (0-200pF) to simplify tag assembly. The chip uses load modulation with 32 RF periods per bit and includes CRC-CCITT error detection, continuously transmitting its ID while powered.
