The ST25DV64K is a dual-interface dynamic NFC tag combining contactless 13.56 MHz NFC operation (ISO/IEC 15693) with wired I²C access, featuring 64 Kbit of EEPROM organized as user-configurable memory areas. It enables simultaneous or independent access from both RF and I²C sides, with an energy harvesting output pin to power external circuits from the RF field. The chip offers password-protected areas, fast transfer mode support, and a mailbox feature for bidirectional communication between RF and I²C interfaces, making it ideal for secure IoT applications requiring both wireless smartphone interaction and embedded microcontroller access.
