The ATA5577C is a highly versatile contactless read/write LF RFID chip operating at 100–150 kHz (typically 125 or 134 kHz). It features 363 bits of EEPROM organized into 11 configurable blocks, supporting multiple modulation schemes (Manchester, Bi-phase, FSK, PSK, NRZ) and data rates (RF/2 to RF/128). With ISO 11784/11785 compatibility, password protection, OTP functionality, and programmable downlink protocols (fixed-length, long-leading-reference, leading-zero, 1-of-4 coding), it serves as a flexible drop-in replacement for T5557/ATA5567 and e5551/T5551 chips in access control, animal ID, and cloning applications. Delivered as bare die or in multiple packaged formats with on-chip trimmed capacitors (250/330 pF ±3%).
