Engineering Brief
The UCODE 8/8m are high-performance UHF RAIN RFID chips supporting EPC Gen2v2 with read sensitivity of -23 dBm and write sensitivity of -18 dBm. They feature a factory-locked 16-bit Brand Identifier for anti-counterfeiting (scrambled during transmission), Self Adjust for automatic sensitivity tuning, and Memory Safeguard (ECC, parity, margin check) for data integrity. Delivered on 8" or 12" wafers with Large Pads and 10 µm polyimide spacer, they support single-slit antenna assembly, pre-serialized 96-bit EPC, and advanced features like EPC+TID fast read, Product Status Flag (EAS), and Untraceable for privacy.
