The NXP ICODE SLI-L (SL2 ICS50/ICS51) is an ISO 15693-compliant HF RFID chip designed for privacy-sensitive smart label applications. It features 32 bytes of user memory, three independent 32-bit password domains (Privacy, Destroy, EAS), and true anticollision support with up to 1.5 m read range. Available in standard (23.5 pF) and high-capacitance (97 pF) variants for smaller antenna designs, with 10-year data retention and 100,000 write cycles. The chip supports custom NXP commands including privacy mode, inventory page read, and EAS alarm functionality alongside mandatory ISO 15693 operations.
