The Tag-it HF-I Plus is a passive 13.56 MHz HF RFID transponder IC compliant with ISO/IEC 15693 and ISO/IEC 18000-3 standards, featuring 2048 bits (64 blocks × 32 bits) of user-programmable EEPROM with individual block locking. It supports full-duplex communication with ASK/FSK modulation, anti-collision for simultaneous multi-tag reading, and includes optional AFI/DSFID fields plus custom TI commands for enhanced flexibility. Each IC ships with a factory-locked 64-bit unique identifier (UID) and operates from -40°C to +85°C, with data retention of 10 years at 55°C and 100,000 write/erase cycles. Available as bare wafer, ground/bumped wafer, or sawn dice on foil for inlay assembly into smart labels and tags.
