The Higgs-3 is a UHF RFID tag IC operating at 860-960 MHz conforming to EPC Class 1 Gen 2 and ISO 18000-6C standards. It features 800 bits of nonvolatile EEPROM memory with flexible allocation between EPC (96-480 bits) and user memory (512 bits), plus a factory-programmed unalterable 64-bit serial number for item authentication. With industry-leading sensitivity of -20 dBm, 100,000 programming cycles, 50-year data retention, and operating range up to 10m, the chip supports high-speed programming (30 tags/second) via custom LoadImage command and offers granular security with 64-bit block locking and Dynamic Authentication anti-counterfeiting technology.
