The Impinj M700 Series comprises six UHF RAIN RFID tag chips (M730, M750, M770, M775, M780, M781) compliant with ISO 18000-63 and EPCglobal Gen2v2 standards. Read sensitivity ranges from -24 dBm (M730/M770/M775) to -23.5 dBm (M780), with flexible memory configurations from 128-bit EPC-only (M730) up to 512-bit user memory (M781). Advanced features include Impinj Enhanced AutoTune automatic RF tuning, Impinj Core3D Antenna omnidirectional reading, TagFocus read redundancy protection, FastID high-speed reading, and security modes including Protected Mode, Unkillable Mode, Untraceable/Short-range, and Authenticate (M775). The series offers Standard (M730/M750/M770/M775) and Enhanced (M780) Enduro bonding construction for robust performance, making them suitable for demanding retail, supply chain, and authentication applications.
